Hi there.

A LEADERSHIP COACH. A CREATIVE & ARTIST.

A PHOTOGRAPHER & STORYTELLER. A DAUGHTER & ADVOCATE.

A BELIEVER IN POSSIBILITY.

I am deeply committed to transformation in this world as well as standing for each person's inherent power, potential, and greatness. As a leadership and life coach, I get to partner with incredible clients and help them uncover their voice and vision, break unproductive patterns, burn down the stories and structures that teach us to dim ourselves, discover what is possible in their lives, and witness what becomes available when they are awake in this world. I have always been driven by the opportunity to help others step into their power and create lasting possibility and impact - in their work, relationships, well-being, and lives.

I hold a BA degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Gettysburg College and am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. In addition to running my coaching practice full time, I currently guest lecture at Columbia University and have previously worked in content strategy supporting individuals in the mental health and recovery space, as a Creative Director at a global education company, and helped spearhead the viral KONY 2012 campaign with Invisible Children. I look forward to supporting you in building a life that lights you up.

A BIT MORE ABOUT ME

As a coach dedicated to liberation and light in this world, I am committed to seeing every human in all of their dimensions. In that spirit, here is a deeper glimpse into me.

SINCE I WAS A YOUNG GIRL, My creative soul has taught me to live with curiosity, passion, empathy, and to keep my heart wild. To create and to inspire.

As an artist, I have become someone who learns all the rules and techniques so I can responsibly break them in service of building something new.

As a photographer, I have seen the world from many perspectives and have learned the power of my lens and MY outlook.

As a storyteller, I am connected to our shared humanity and how vulnerability is the only thing that changes this world.

As a daughter, I deeply honor the generational wisdom, power, and healing I get to do in service of being a good ancestor.

As an advocate, I have learned to never underestimate a small group of passionate people and to embody being a life-time learner and humble servant.

And as a believer in possibility, I have come to know that often we are our own biggest obstacle between the life we are designed for and the life we have.
