Modern Day Dear Abby is an experiment and an invitation to bring your questions about relationships, work, money, time, and all the other facets of our lives to the table.

You probably remember “Dear Abby” the advice column in the newspaper. For me, the mere mention brings me back in time to a slow-moving picture of me sitting with my grandfather, on his plaid couch, as he pointed out “my name” in the newspaper. I remember being amazed! From that point on, I can’t count the number of times of people joked about the column in regards to my name or the type of conversations I loved to have. I even have had colleagues who have created private “#dearabby” slack channel to glean from my coaching experience. As a child I didn't realize the significance of a female columnist or the shared humanity that could be found in between the print.

Today, many years after sitting on that plaid couch, I am deeply aware of the importance of the female voice in our world and our interconnectedness. I am also a leadership and life coach, creative, storyteller, and empath. I am committed to supporting people.
